The Board of DoloMatrix International Limited (DoloMatrix) announces their intention to purchase Waste Audit and Consulting Services Pty Ltd (Waste Audit) subject to satisfactory due diligence. Waste Audit is a waste consulting and auditing company located in Sydney and Melbourne. Waste Audit provides organisations with assistance in developing and implementing sustainable waste management programs. A key focus is conducting waste audits for the government, commercial,industrial, construction, demolition and domestic sectors. The business complements the DMX Group improving sustainability and diversification of revenues, and attractive long term growth potential. It supports the strategy of meeting the needs of industry across a range of waste and contamination issues. The acquisition of Waste Audit would complement the services provided by other DMX businesses most notably Entech. It is expected that a number of synergies would exist between the two companies. In addition, Waste Audit would facilitate the implementation of Entechs TWM® system to its pre-existing client base. |
